Winners Avenue Road, Port Harcourt

Tompsebet Nigeria Limited executed full civil and structural road construction on Winners Avenue and Environs, off Eneka Link Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). The project encompassed all phases from site survey through to final surfacing, with special attention to drainage engineering appropriate for the waterlogged terrain common to the Niger Delta region.

Works included site clearance and earthworks, subgrade preparation and compaction, installation of drainage channels and culverts, concrete kerbing and edge restraints, and the final bituminous road surfacing. The project was executed within defined timelines and to engineering specifications agreed with the client.

All work was carried out with full compliance to site health and safety standards, with the project team coordinating plant, labour, and materials throughout a phased construction programme.
